How many registered offices can a law firm accommodate and for what period?

I am an owner and I have a building that is more valuable. I want to understand whether or not it exceeds the ceiling of 2,500,000 lei for which I have to declare and pay the additional tax "immovable and movable assets of high value" to ANAF.

I am the owner and a relative asked me to allow him to make the registered office inactive. Is what I was asked legal? What obligations do I have if I give my consent? Was there any inconvenience afterwards?
