Datorită automatizării și informatizătii Registrului Comerțului, întreaga procedură se poate defășura online. Aceasta implică mai puține drumuri pentru dvs. si pentru noi. Mai ales în condițiile traficului infernal din timpul zilei si a cozilor mari de la ghișeurile ONRC. Noi am gaist solutia prin care putem sa va garantam minumum de efort si stres in acest proces. 

Cum facem asta?
  • discutam cu dvs telefonic, ca sa intelegem exact ce nevoi de servicii aveti
  • transmitem si receptionam documentele dvs. prin mail sau Whatapp
  • va cerem minumum de documente si nu va pretindem sa ne inmanati documentele originale (simple copii scanate sau chiar pozate, sunt suficiente)
  • va transmitem documentele de semnat pe cale electronica, le puteti semna si ni le putet transmite inapoi scanate sau  pozate
  • ridicam noi de la notar procura semnata astfel incat singurul drum pe care il faceti pentru a va deschide firma sa fie drumul la notar.
  • depunem online la ONRC intreaga documentatie necesara, ridicam noi, actele de la ONRC. 
  • va tinem la curent cu starea dosarului, prin updat-euri trnamise pe whatapp sau prin email.
  • atam la coada de e cu totul atceva sa stai la coada sa ridici 5 sau 10 dosare decat sa stai pentru un singur dosar.
  • Scanam si va trnasmitem operativ actele scanate, ca sa le puteit avea in mailul de pe telefon, accesibile oricand aveti nevoie.
  • Retinem documentel lea sediu pana cand puteti veni sa le ridicati si va oferim posibilitatea de a ne intalni seara tarziu (cand se linisteste traficul) sau in weekend.
  • La cerere, va putem transmite prin curier actele obtinute, moment in care tot curierul va va obtine din  partea dvs semnatur ade primire, etc.
Garantăm 5 zile lucrătoare pentru operațiunile la ONRC:
Suntem una dintre firmele care procesează cel mai rapid clienții, datorită procesului automatizat de lucru. De aceea și putem promite că din momentul în care avem toate actele și semnaturile din partea dvs. va dura 5 zile lucrătoare pentru înființarea firmei dvs. și primirea actelor. Statistica ne-a arătat că în 90% din cazuri am reușit să ne ținem de promisiunea făcută de a livra actele în 5 zile lucrătoare de la primirea tututor documentelor și semnăturilor dvs.

Știm că alții pretind că ar dura 3 zile dar nu este chiar așa. Cele 3 zile reprezintă durata pe care ONRC și-o ia pentru a rezolva cererea. Sunt multe verificări de făcut de către ONRC, trebuie emisă o nota de plată, Nota de plata trebuie să ajunga in inboxul nostru, noi trebuie să plătim și chiar dacă se ajunge cu dosarul în faza în care pe situl ONRC dosarul este în starea "aprobat", în realitate tipărirea noilor acte dureză cel puțin 24 de ore, sau chiar 48 de ore uneori de aceea

Ce trebuie să faceți ca să nu existe întârzieri:
Este important să vă asigurați că ne-ați transmis toate actele, și că ați semnat procura notarială (dacă e înființare) respectiv delegația (dacă firma este înființată). Nu în ultimul rând, avem nevoie de specimenul dvs. de semnătură.

Daca avem procura și specimenul dar nu toate actele, nu putem depune (pentru că am fi respinși). Dacă avem procura și toate actele dar uitați să ne transmiteți specimenul de semnătură, de asemenea, nu putem depune.

Calitatea serviciilor noastre este una dintre cele mai înalte. Lucru care i-a făcut deja pe mulți clienți să ne recomande mai departe altor clienți. Oferim prețuri mici deoarece avem procese de lucru automatizate care ne salveaza timp, castiguri de productivitate pe care am decis sa le pasăm către clienți.

În Tulcea și Constața activăm de mai mult de 15 ani de zile lucru, avem prin urmare, o expetiză de excepție care ne permite să abordăm inclusiv cele mai complicate operațiuni la ONRC.

Din punctul de vedere al proceselor interne, avem probabil unul dintre cele mai bune fluxuri de muncă (automatizat în mare măsură) lucru care ne premite să generăm corect și rapid actele ce trebuiesc depuse la ONRC.

Aveam posibilitatea să încasăm noi profitul generat de reducerea costurilor de procesare sau să transferăm acest profit către clienții noștrii, lărgindu-ne astfel, baza de clienți.
Noi oferim factură și emitem contract de prestări servicii pentru orice comandă. Preferăm să nu lucrăm cu numerar și să ne desfășurăm operațiunile online deoarece acest tip de procese se pretează cel mai bine automatizărilor. Online înseamă că vom interacționa preponderent prin whatapp, email și telefon.

Astfel salvăm timp pentru ambele părți, timp în care puteți face afacerea dvs să producă mai mulți bani, timp care ne permite nouă să continuăm să ținem prețurile jos.

Dacă totuși doriți să ne vedem, ne putem vedea la sediu, de luni până vineri între orele10:00 la 17:00. Vă rugăm însă să ne apelați înainte de a porni spre sediul nostru, pentru a vă confirma disponibilitatea.
Avantajele unui PFA:
  • Un PFA este mai simplu de înființat și mai ieftin la înființare pentru că nu veți plăti nici o taxă la ONRC
  • PFA-ul are nevoie de o evidenta contabila simplificata. cu toate acestea, nu vă recomandăm să încercați dvs să vă țineți evidența dacă nu aveți un solid background în domeniu.
  • Procedurile infiintare și repectiv desfiintare a unui PFA sunt mai simple și mai puțin costisitoare decât la un SRL. 
Dezavantajele unui PFA:
  • Impozitele la datorate la stat sunt mai mari decât la o microântreprindere pentru care plătiți un impozit de doar 3% la cifra de afaceri.
  • Aveți dreptul la maxim 5 coduri CAEN și pentru majoritatea codurilor ONRC pretinde acte doveditoare ale calificării dvs. care s-ar putea să nu existe.
  • O microintreprindere cu o cifră de afaceri mica ajunge să plateasca, în unele cazuri, mai putin ca o persoana fizica autorizată. 
  • Un PFA plateste, pentru veniturile realizate, un impozit de 10%. 
  • PFA-urile platesc si contributii sociale (CAS), respectiv 10% contributia de asigurari sociale de sanatate si 25% contributia de asigurari sociale (daca veniturile obtinute depasesc plafonul de 12 salarii minime brute pe economie). Baza de calcul a CAS-ului, dar nu poate fi mai mica de 12 salarii minime brute pe economie. Când veniturile dvs sunt în apropierea acestei cifre sau mai mici, povara fiscală devine mare
